Who is responsible
Rabibi is provided by Shenzhen Qingyuanzi Technology Co., Ltd. Contact us at contact@qingyuanzitech.com for support or privacy questions. This policy covers the Rabibi iPhone app and this website.
Your records stay on your device
Rabibi does not require an app account or independently collect your personal records. Your quit-smoking profile, smoking reports, check-ins, mood diary, preferences and chosen bunny avatar are stored on your device, not uploaded to a Rabibi server.
Avatars and little photos
Bunny avatars are included artwork. The “first photo” feature creates a journey card from app artwork and milestone information; it does not take a camera photo or import your photo library. Generated images are saved in the app’s JourneyCards folder.
iOS backups
Local storage does not mean that no copy can ever exist elsewhere. Device or iCloud backups depend on your iOS settings and may include app data. Manage those copies through Apple’s system settings. Rabibi does not provide its own cloud sync.
Sharing and feedback are your choice
Exporting a card, sharing a badge or sharing feedback opens the iOS share sheet only when you choose it. You select the destination and recipient. Writing feedback alone does not send it to the developer. Copies you send are handled by the recipient or service you choose.
Purchases and optional reminders
Apple StoreKit handles payment, trial eligibility and subscription transactions under Apple’s policies. Rabibi checks verified purchase status to provide Plus; this is separate from your diary and smoking records. Check-in notifications are optional and use iOS permission controls.
Erase local records
Use “Erase local records” in the app’s settings and confirm. This clears the app’s own records and generated cards in its JourneyCards folder; the language preference is retained. It does not cancel an Apple subscription or automatically delete files already exported, recipient copies or system backups. Manage those separately.
Adults and health information
Rabibi is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It offers general wellbeing support, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Smoke-free time and spending figures are records or estimates, not measurements of recovery. Seek qualified care for symptoms or treatment decisions.
This website and Cloudflare
We do not intentionally add advertising or analytics tools. Cloudflare may inject its own diagnostic scripts; this site uses a restrictive Content Security Policy to limit script execution. We do not load external fonts or provide contact forms. Cloudflare delivers and protects it and may process IP addresses, browser/request headers, requested paths, timestamps and necessary security logs. Website delivery therefore involves network processing; we do not promise zero hosting logs. Cloudflare processes requests under its own service and privacy terms and may use infrastructure outside your country.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer you and troubleshoot, not to collect your diary automatically. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary health records. Access is limited to handling the request and necessary service providers; support correspondence is kept only as needed for the request and applicable obligations, then deleted or minimized.
Your choices and requests
We cannot read or restore on-device smoking or mood records from a Rabibi server. Use the app’s local erase control and separately manage exports and iOS backups. For personal information you send us for support, contact the email above to request access, correction or deletion; applicable rights and retention obligations may depend on your region. Local app features run on your device; support processing responds to your request, and website security processing protects delivery and prevents abuse. We do not sell local smoking records or use them for advertising.
